| Hi, I'm actually posting for my neighbor and they aren't even her peonies either! Her next-door neighbor has several peony bushes, both pink and white, that border her driveway. They have been there for years, at least 10. The last two years the pink ones have had blooms but the white ones get loaded with buds that just never open. Any idea what could cause this? The plants are mixed together so what affects the white ones should affect the pink ones, right? I'd take a picture but I don't know how to post it. I have a digital camera so if someone could advise me, I could take one of the plants in question.
