Full StoryThe roots I got last fall turned into a lovely feathery mass of foliage this spring with delightful flowers, but I decided I didn't like the foliage in that particular spot and moved them. It's been a few weeks since the move, and I've noticed the foliage is browning and seems to be dying off.
I thought I read somewhere that this plant may go dormant in the summer if too dry. Is this correct? That's fine as long as they return next spring - I'm just worried they're going to end up expensive pieces of toast instead of dormant.
