What's the scoop on Peony Celebrity?

Peony Celebrity seems to be a new feature this fall, but it hasn't made it into Carl's peony database yet. Is this a new cultivar? A reintroduced cultivar? Is it really as purple as its picture appears? Every single seller has the same picture of it...odd?

Chinese rename. Is reddish and pink. Similar flower structure to sorbet.

I researched this last year. The Chinese Name 'Qi Hua Lu Shuang' As I mentioned looks very nice.
