Looks like it's just getting it's woody stem. I think it's fine... maybe someone else has a different idea.

If you are talking about the spot on the leaf stem sticking up at the center bottom you should have no problem. That leaf stem will die back in a couple of weeks but if it bothers you cut the leaf off below the dark spot. I am missing any other dark spots. The one I am seeing is on the bottom of the leaf stem.

you're looking at the right spot. I suspect it's Phytophthora Blight or Botrytis Blight. Isn't it?
