| I ordered peonies from Heze Spring early in the year of 07 then in the fall, they mistakingly sent my order to Holland with a larger order. The peonies I asked for by then was no longer available as a result of sold out. They sent me a few leftover pieces....then there was an issue with customs for which I needed a permit to import, which I applied for. It turnt out to be a nightmare! Never again will I order from China. What was worse.... I kept in contact with these people until time to send my order. He did give me a refund, that was a plus. |
