Warm climate peonies? Please help me.

I live near San Francisco,California where the temperatures average about 10 degrees warmer in winter, than s.f., so I'm concerned about having enough winter chill, I do see peonies blooming gloriously in my neighborhood, but the folks who grow them never can tell me their name, a big- flowered pink peony is the most common.

I'm looking for a peony that is sweetly fragrant, and blooms well in a warm climate.

I've heard that
Festiva Maxima' will bloom in southern gardens and it is fragrant.

What does it smell like? sweet? herbal?

Bowl of Beauty' is also said to bloom in southern gardens and I adore the look of this one. Is it fragrant?

Kansas is the other one on warm climate lists, but I don't like the look of it in photos, they appear messy, is there another good fragrant red peony for a warm climate?

Sarah Bernhardt?

Does anyone grow these in a warm climate,
and can you please tell me if they:
bloom well?
are fragrant? ( and what type of fragrance)

Thank you for your time,

Luxrosa
