HELP! My shipment of 9 peonies and 3 daylilies arrived from SongSparrow. They say to soak peonies in water for 12 hours before planting. What does this mean? Cover the whole thing in water (root and eyes)? Soak just the root in 4" of water and cover the eyes with the mulching material (kind of floats on top of water)? They appeared moist when I got them, but I had to go for 6 day shipping instead of 3 due to timing so I'm soaking to be extra careful.
