Short white peony?

Next year I am contemplating planting a row of peonies along the very front of our yard. In front of a new rose bed. I am wondering if there is a shortish (3' or under) white peony that I could use there. Since it will be in front of some not terribly tall roses it will have to be kind of a dwarf. Since I know effectively nothing about Peonies or peony growing I don't know how viable this is. Any input is appreciate.
