| Somehow I probably know this answer or have guessed that the best planting time for new peonies for our area may be in early Fall? Will they bloom the following Spring? I'm looking at another Sarah Bernhardt, or Karl Lagerfeld and Red Charm and Kansas is also calling my name. |

| I was told to plant them any time in the fall before the ground freezes. November in WV is fine, probably fine for you also. |
