HAVE: Have Kung Pao, want mild hot pepper

I have Kung Pao seeds, and want to trade for a mild hot pepper with a Scoville rating in the 400 to 4000 range, but that still has some taste. I am going to use these to make a Korean dish called Melchi which is made by frying tiny dried anchovies with a mild hot pepper. I just did a germination test and it looked like 75% were sprouted within six days. The local Korean market used to sell some peppers that were about 5/8 inch wide and five inches long that were perfect, but last year they switched to another type that looks the same but has no heat and no taste, completely bland. So what I want is something maybe half to 3/4 inch at the widest point and four to seven inches long that has the taste of a hot pepper but not the high heat, just a little heat.
