Sweet Banana Pepper Leaves turning

I have a sweet banana pepper that is planted in a 5 gallon pot. This is my first attempt at sweet peppers. I transplanted it with Wal-Mart's Expert Gardener potting soil and have not added any other fertilizer. Several leaves on the plant have turned upside down and some have grey/black/brown patches (see attached photos). I have checked for insects and found a few aphids which I treated with insecticidal soap. We received rain for about 10 days straight. The rest of my hot peppers are doing exceptionally well. I am starting to get some blooms but the plant does not look healthy. Any suggestions? Thanks! :-)
