I have read the past few posts on this subject and have made some changes was just looking for a little more info if possible form the pepper experts out there..

i was going to post multiple pics but i can;t seem to figure out how. The pic you see is my Hot paper lantern peppers, thats the ones I'm having blossom + yellow leave issues.

I have some sweet peppers,Bell peppers and cherry tomatoes in the same setup and they are doing fine, have some nice peppers growing on them. but the Hot paper lanterns are not "grabbin" it seems

I have a fan running on the plants, 16Hr light cycle, 3000k + 6500K bulbs, temp ~ 21C , humidity prob only about 30% since i added a humidifier to the mix a few days ago.

I have done a Complete Change of nutrients as i was only topping off for the past 6-8 weeks.. which i read is a bad thing, so they all got a complete change about 4-5 days ago.

Any ideas?
