My pepper plant is dying :(

Hi! i am new in this forum. My pepper plant is under attack by some kind of bugs or i dont know what, i have circle it in the pic. Your advice is needed please. Pepper leaves are starting burnt and dropping leaves.

You circled a small black spot. It may not be the bug; the bug may be taking advantage of a weak plant. Tell us more.

Is it inside, or outside?

If it is inside for an over winter I would trim all of the leaves off of it. It will grow back more leaves before you know it. Also that would decrease its need for a water a bit. Getting rid of the leaves gets rid of the bugs, and the eggs, as well as their food source.

If it is outside I would still advise wait till evening then spray it with either neem oil, or insecticidal soap as per the label instructions. Take care to make sure you spray the underside of all leaves as well. If the leaves fall off do not fret too much. They grow back fast. All 3 of my super hot peppers dropped all their leaves at least once. This past summer. I got pods off of them. They are still alive in my house as I type.
