Chileman database

Hummm....didnâÂÂt find it in ChilemanâÂÂs.

Anyway, I havenâÂÂt grown it, but it appears to be one of several (5?) mostly stable (F6) derivatives of an old F1 hybrid named La Paris. It was developed by Frank Morton, who is a master seedsman at Wild Garden Seed. I believe the correct name is âÂÂJoeleneâÂÂs Rustic ItalianâÂÂ, named after Joelene Jebbia, who asked Frank to develop a replacement for La Paris originally.

By the way, now youâÂÂve got me intrigued lol. IâÂÂve ordered several of these varieties and should have a few seeds to spare. If youâÂÂd like some Ruthz, send me an e-mail.
