Nervous....Excited... Lets go 2010

| My pepper season started today. Majority of seeds will start after presidents day weekend, but I started 7 types today in my aerogarden. Tried this with one pepper plant last year and it was the healthiest plant I had. Anyone else try using the Aerogarden to start, or grow peppers through a fruiting season?
The start:
Red Ruffle Paprika (for bbq rubs later..)
Scotch Bonnet
Billy Biker (trying for the first year from reading here)
Chocolate 7 Pot (Ring of Fire deal!)
Bhut Jolokia (Ring of Fire deal!)
Peri-Peri
Red C. Chinese (I think it's Aji Rurrenabaque but not sure..) -> What kind of Habanero?! - Hot Pepper Forum - Garden Web

| Good luck, Travis! Sounds like you got some hotties there to grow! lol...I need to start my peppers soon. Weird that I decided to start my tomatoes before them as normally people start peppers a few weeks before maters. I'm just silly like that though...hah hah. - Steve |

| Nice grouping...I am growing three of those, in VA as well. I think you will not be disappointed with the Biker Billy's; I was quite smitten with them last year and cannot WAIT to grow a row of them this year. Larry |

| Yea, I'm looking forward to tasting the Biker's. I wasn't going to grow Jalapenos at all, but figured I would give them a try. Looks like everything but the Choc 7-Pot and the Peri-Peri has started growing. Nothing noteworthy enough to post yet, but they all are starting to pop out of the seed a little bit, including the Bhut. And only in 3 days! |

I got my order from Pepper Joes and am putting in seeds tomorrow. Already started seeds for other plants. Where did you get Biker? Tally HO! |

| I found mine at Lowes. Didn't see any at Home Depot. However I'm still searching for some Kung Pao, and also want to get some type of NM green, but haven't decided which kind yet. The BB's are growing like weeds it looks like, the rest are progressing, but the BB's are like 4 times as fast. |

| The Billy Biker is really taking off. All three seeds have germinated have sprouted very quickly. About 3x or 4x faster then the other seeds I have in. |

| another place you can get BB's if you don't find them at your Lowe's is burpees.com, which is actually the official distributor. Also worth checking out is Biker Billy's site, bikerbilly.com |
