west texas peppers

How's Ya'll ?
Very interested in starting to grow the ultra hot exotic strains of peppers from around the world.
My problem is my location, which is West Texas
Recent years have the climate at 100+*F for weeks/months at a time.
By my understanding this isnt good for many of the more fragile strains. Our climate grows Jalapeno's the likes of torch's,not your common market type varieties found in restaurants etc.
They are truly brutal for Japs.

Anyway . . . . . . any help for growing the exotics in the desert?

Regards,
