Ok.. this is odd..

I found an old thread from this site that is all about fefferoni but I put that into the Search box (all of GardenWeb) and nothing is found..

GW's search function is lacking in my opinion. I usually just google my search and maybe throw the word "gardenweb" in the search.

Never had them. Look similar to sport peppers though and the uses remind me of peperoncinis. Maybe check some of the European chile sites.

Amazon has the seeds(or they had in 2013).
It is similar to padron and pepperoncini. Mostly pickled and broiled. It is described as mild.
I bought a package of pepperoncini the other week. The picture shown resembles to Fefferni and it is described as " HOT PEPPER". it is distributed by Burpee and sold at HD.

The name origin sounds like German (Pfiffer = pepper) and Italian Pepperoncini
