Crinkled Leaves

I live in an apartment building and grew in pots last year. I brought a couple plants inside and left them in there 16inch pots all winter. I had little green aphids that I could not seem to shake no matter what I tried. At the end of January I decided to cut back the plants bare, trim the roots and plant in a smaller pot. Within a day new leaves started to pop up and this is where I am at and aphid free. In the past week the leaves all started to get very crinkled and I am wondering if its a Calicum def. or whatever other ideas you got. The soil is a brand new mix of Shultz potting mix, Shultz orchid mix, and MG perlite. Watering when soil is dry about every 4-5 days. I have seedlings in behind in same mix and don't want this to happen to them too! Under 5 24w cfls, 1540 lumens each. 5000k. Thanks in advance.
