Opinion on pepper 'greenhouse'

I'm new to gardening in general, and I have read that pepper seeds enjoy an 80 degree~ish temperature in order to germinate. On a recent trip to Goodwill I came across a microwavable baby item sanitizer which looked like it would be excellent as a greenhouse. Sitting in the sun all day the thing gets very warm (definitely 80+) and retains a good amount of heat through the night. This is what it looks like:

I'd like opinions on it~ does it look like it retains too much moisture? Should I be shaking out the excess water that accumulates on the top? Will it be a fungusy mess? Will my seeds even germinate in this thing?

Right now I have cayenne, bell, and jalepeno in it. Thanks for your help! :D

I'm sure that will work just fine!
I have moisture like that on my 1020 flat with greenhouse and heating mat. The problem I find with water just enough and not really well is that the soil dries out when I'm at work causing less success at germinating. There's always ways to combat fungus, but I've never had to deal with it. I would not hesitate trying it out.

Looks good just make sure the temp doesnt drop below 55 at night I am told.Cheap thermometer to check it out.I bought a little heating pad that keeps it about 20 dgrs higher than air temp.Be patient I am finding out they take a long time(at least the bhut jolokia)mine are still sprouting after 28 days!Check out my experiment with them @my blog below.I have encountered a little mold in my plastic hothouse.
