Help with seed caps sticking

Just thought I would post one of the ways in which i deal with this problem. Hope it helps.
It usually takes 2 or three snips around the edge to get it off depending on how bad it's stuck.
If I have a lot of them with this problem I just snip the whole casing off with the top part of the cotyledons. You must at least have part of the cotyledons showing to do it that way though.
