Ancho Chilis - Brown Tips

I have an ancho and jalapeno that I'm overwintering, and I noticed that the ancho has been having brown tips. Any idea what it could be? I had some sort of flies really early in winter and still find one or two around sometimes, but doesn't seem to be a major issue anymore. Thanks for the help.
