Two things...

You spent $50 for seeds??? Be nice and tap into the kind folks here. More often than not you'll find what you're looking for; for the cost of a trade or the cost of a postage stamp.

For leggy sprouts, leave at least a 1/4 inch stem above the soil.

Good video zach! I was new to gardening last year tried to make a few videos but was just lost of words every time I pushed the record button haha. You obviously learned from the germinating thing so just don't worry too much about all the heat when using the paper towel method. I keep mine either in my clothes drawer or in a box under my grow lights. Another thing is it looked like the paper towels were soaked, not sure if that was the case but it looked very wet. I squeeze most of the water out but enough for the seeds to breathe.
