70's and 80's will punch out peppers throughout. Over 95, slow down. night temps in the 40's and 50's, slow down.

Depends on the variety when they 1st start to pod. Most annuums, 70-80 days Most chinense, over 90 days and some to ripen 120-150. Other species, not too sure but I'd guess somewhere in between those #s.
