After you do the initial search, you can use the advanced search and tell it not 'red hot'...or just use a - in front of words you want de-emphasized.

I like some of their music but that singer's annoying as hell.

Blood Sugar Sex Magik... is one of my favorite albums.

That said, I am fairly specific in my searches: trinidad butch t, jamaican hot chocolate, Aji Lemon... etc

Add "-music -band" to the end of your searches. That should stop most of it.
