You seem to be doing OK with your system. Just a few observations...

Do you have lights for over your starter tray? I do and don't normally transplant as early as you do. I'll wait until I have fully formed seed leaves at the earliest. I understand why you'd do it sooner if you have no light. Just curious.

Are you using the same medium in your starter trays and cups? If so, why are you risking new seedling root damage by pulling them out after loosening the mix with scissors? I use a teaspoon and pop out the full plug and settle it in a cavity of the new pot.

I may have misunderstood but are you heating the bin with the cups in it. Is your grow room cold? If not, heat won't really help much. It's best to get 80F to 85F for germination but your starts should do well at a 70F temp.

BTW, wherever you heard or read germinating at 100F it's dead wrong. You'll bake your seeds before they sprout. Good thing you didn't follow that advice!
