Are the same? + combo?

I have a couple of ? you guys: first let me start by saying I have not much experience,so here we go: Are Lemon Drop peppers and Aji Limon the same? I purchased the Lemon drop seeds and the Aji Limon received in a trade here in GW;now that I'm looking at the info on how to grow them they look exactly the same:(

Also my other ? is on the 12th of Feb. I put some seeds in between a slightly wet p.towels in ziploc bags and are already sprouting, you know that white thing-e coming out of the seed,so do I bury it up down or sideways(to be safe)? Thanks in advance:)

Not sure about the Lemon/Limon peppers but you should try to bury the "thing-e" down or at least sideways. Down is best if possible.

Aji Lemon/Limon and Lemon Drop are Baccatum.
Limon is Chinense.
BUT some seed vendors interchange the names for whatever they think will sell more seeds.
