Quick Answer Nedded Re: droopy transplanted seedlings

I planted 2 types of bell peppers and after transplant of almost 20 peppers, several different varieties, the sweet peppers suffered (1 or 2 of each). They are droopy, lifeless and unhappy. The spicy peppers are all thriving and happy. I only had a soil mix that was more gritty and put them in that, not knowing if it would make a difference. They sprouted a few weeks ago. Bottom watered. No fan on them today but were in a warm germination tray and moved into a 73 degree house. Could that have been the problem?
