I've grown two of the ones on your list. The Trinidad Perfume is a compact plant, very bushy, but less than 24" in height. The Aji Amarillo on the other hand gets more like 36" - 42" in height.

I'm growing Jamaician Hot Chocolate for the first time this year, but if it is similar to other Chocolate Habaneros, it will be short and bushy.

Thanks Bonnie. I just wasn't sure how big of a pot I should get for each different variety. I'm guessing a 3 gallon pot is good enough.

I'd go at least 5-gallon for each of these varieties :-)
In zone 9, you'll want that extra volume for temperature and moisture buffering.
