okay, here is the final product in a sterilized bottle. The pineapple hits you right up front, then the heat sets in ! if i sit here I can get the more subtle flavors.
I just ate some of this on a few tater chips in a perfectly cool room and I am sweating ! !! Good use of scraps I think !!

Thanks guys !!, it came out pretty good actually !! I've tasted it on a variety of things today lol. Those brave enough to try it at work today even liked it despite the bite !! If I had to choose what to eat with , I would say chicken or seafood, although if one were to put it on some grilled ribs, I don't think it would be amiss either.
