Dear fellow Gardenweb member,
Last night, my Trinidad Perfume Habanero seedlings were proudly reaching toward their two, 6500k, 40 watt t12 flourescent bulbs. I noticed that the once white stems were a bit purple.
I just checked to find that the stems are now completely purple, the plant is leaning over and the cotyledons are shriveling.
Variables
I watered last night by spraying pure water directly on the stems where they meet the soil. (MG organic choice w/ perlite that I added).
Lights are no more than 2 inches above the plants.
Please help, and nice to be here!
Thank you,
Ralph
