Woke up this morning and was in the mood for some pepper jelly. Used leftover jalapenos and green peppers from last year. Sorry pics aren't great. Jelly isn't as dark as it is in the pics. |

| Looks good! My wife had a few friends over last night and they were checking out all of the pepper plants I have growing in our bay window. "Why do you need so many," one asked. I showed her hot sauce, salsa, dried pepper flakes, jelly, etc etc etc. Fun times! |
