There are a lot of great people on this site that would prob donate seeds to you. Trust me, one can only keep so many seeds. I had close to 50 plants last year a/ seeds everywhere.

Typically there are seedswaps that occur throughout the year. Stay on lookout for those as you should be able to get some "freebies."

Baker Creek has a nice selection. And with a flat $3.50 for shipping, they're hard to beat.

Totally Tomatoes also has a nice selection. S&H is $5 for less than $25 ordered and $6 for more than $25. Not terrible.

Judy @ peperlover is notorious for giving free seeds and 3$ packets are good price.
