Help with hot peppers

This being my First season and all any insight would be great ....as to When & how to sow the seed how often to water how deep to plant the seed is it better to drop them right in soil or use paper towels.... what temp to keep my room's at just the basics then will need help with potting up along with Grafting, Cloning and such ......(smile)

Not fooling anyone, Armageddon. :)

Good to see you. How's the grow?

Btw, 2 inches deep in milk jugs without drainage holes and in dirt from the garden. Keep in a dark place at 40F for 3 weeks, plant outside in shady spot. Oh, and keep real, real wet.
