Where's the "bark". I dont see much bark. It looks like mostly sapwood shredded up. Be very careful with that stuff.

I didn't think it looked like what other people are using. It was sold as mulch. The ingredients only listed conifer bark, and proper ingredient marking is well regulated in Norway, so it's strange if it is something else entirely, but I guess it's possible. It was pretty wet, does that matter?

I found another bag of 0-15mm bark that was entirely dry and more expensive. Didn't have a chance to look at the stuff though. It was sold for composting.

I would not use it as a container mix ingredient.
As Bruce noted, sapwood is clearly visible. The bark looks to be shredded bark, which is not workable for a container mix....but it is excellent for mulching.
