I don't think you did. Maybe 4" pots for those in the solos. Can you get the older(larger) ones outside AT ALL during the days when it's warm.

One thing I've noticed over the years is that they don't need nearly as much artificial light and warmth when they're bigger seedlings, so I start hardening once they get 4 sets of leaves with weather permitting. If that means another 2 months in the 4", then so be it. Much warmer here than most parts of the country though, so mine have been out for the last 6 weeks almost every day, bring in the garage on cool nights.

Another thing you can do is half plants under lights for 12 hours and the other half the other 12, with the lights running 24.
