Looks to me like something cut off the main stem right at the cotyledon leaves and the plant is now dying. I would say replanting is the only option. And yes, a 6 week old plant should be at least 4" tall by now.

I think you got it, Don. There should be a lot more foliage on the plant by now. The cotyledons (first not-quite-leaves) are only temporary and are going through their normal dying thing.

Mel, did you perchance "top" the plant to encourage growth?

I used a T8 Natural Light/5000K, seed starting mix soil and I only gived them 2 times some Fish Fertilizer 2-4-1 every 2 weeks.

Did you pinch off the growing top? That is a technique used by some gardeners to force the plant to start new growing shoots - usually more than one - that will result in a bushier plant. It's a legitimate technique but never on a plant so young.

Most likely the seedling was damaged, or perhaps it is a mutant. These things happen. Time to start a new one.

P.S. Plant is also too young to fertilize (most starting soils already have fertilizer anyway), but it's unlikely that had any ill effect.
