Thank you - forum saved my peppers (and a new question)

Thank you for all the help when my peppers were stunted. I have potted up into red solo cups with miracle grow orchid mix, and they are doing great now! Didn't save them all, but saved enough for me!

Now that I think they are going to make it, here's my new question - do I plant them outside based on size, weather, or both? I am zone 8b (south Georgia) and we are (historically) going to be frost free from here. Next week is going to be in the high 80's, with lows in the upper 50s or low 60s.

When should I start to harden off and plant in their summer home? I am on vacation next week and would have ample time to get them hardened off and outside, but don't know if this is way too soon.

I have spring fever! but want to make sure I do this right. Thanks!
