I would not bother to top them or prune them or snip buds or anything else at this point. Just let them go another couple weeks and then plant them out. If anything, just snip existing buds and pods. But don't prune the green at all.
If you are looking for wider, bushier plants, then topping them might help, but otherwise, just let them go. Especially with only two weeks to go.

I topped mine four weeks ago because they were already putting out flowers, I still have 2-3 weeks before even thinking about putting them out which is why I decided to top them instead of picking buds for six weeks.
