Shipping and storage of Ghosts?

I currently live in Tanzania, just south of the equator, which is perfect for year-round growing of Ghosts. I now have about 15 lbs of dried Ghosts that I've vacuum-sealed and deep-frozen. I also have a dozen jars of powder/flaked chilis that I've added silicon packets to which has preserved their color/freshness.

I'm moving back to the States in a year but won't have deep freezer. What would be better: to leave them as is, or to grind everything to powder/flakes? How long would the bags of vacuum-sealed peppers last at room temp?

I'd also like to actually sell these things--any ideas where?
