I have several flowers and only one orange pod on my Trinidad Congo.
Serrano plant has pods year round.

But yes, fresno's are pretty quick.

Ya, the Fresno's ripen rather quickly. It's almost time for a second pull, and it's only been a few days. My HHWax are the slow pokes of the bunch so far.

Seysonn- I prefer the flavor over jalapeños, and the heat is likely just higher as well. The pods are variable though, I ate a couple that had nearly no heat - but the majority had a good little kick to them.
