Lesson learned (watering)

After discovering quite a few yellow leaves on my plants I feared I had overwatered them. I still think that was the issue. So I decided to go desert style dry on them before watering again. I've been closely monitoring them, waiting for the leaves to get slightly droopy before hitting them with water.

Yesterday I figured it had to be time for watering, so I looked a bit closer. Turns out, many of the plants were almost entirely wilted from halfway up the stem and down! The top bush I'm looking at (due to overcrowding) was still springy and fine.

So this is a lesson learned the hard way: While it's good for the plants to dry out a little, don't forget that as they grow, they will dry out on the bottom first, so no use in only monitoring the top foliage.

I think I saved all of them, but a few plants lost quite a few leaves that were entirely shriveled.
