Fertilizer Burned Jalapeno & Habanero Peppers

I've put some MG all purpose plant food a couple days ago on my Jalapeno and Habanero pepper plants and now the leaves are starting to turn brown around the edges and some of them are wilting. A few of the buds of the Jalapeno plant fell off. I've also noticed on some of the new growth of the Habanero plant, the tips of the leaves are turning brown.

Will they survive? Should I flush the soil with another good soaking to try and get all that fertilizer out?
