Check under leaves for any pests, other than that I would not be worried. They look happy and healthy.

They look great, could maybe use a smidge more water.

Plants need enough water to maintain flow from roots, up through evaporation in the leaves. It's the transport that keeps them running in top gear. When they loose internal pressure at the leaves, and start to droop, they are no longer in top gear.

Update - maybe I should add that in really hot conditions, especially dry winds, the plants just won't be able to keep up, even with wet feet. I guess for window plants it might be a choice, to try to water or to back them away from the window.

Well, it could be a number of things. Assuming that the roots are healthy and there is sufficient water, I would suspect that the plant is moderating the exposure of its leaves to the sun. Layed out horizontal leaves take full sun; drooped they take much less. Are they well hardened off or just now getting full sun?

Drooping is also a natural response to unexpected heat. Apparently the leaves have trouble keeping up with the higher rate of transpiration and so lose turgor.

They have been my porch for about a month now. So I think they're hardened. I moved the the one that is droopy out of the full sun and within an hour or so I noticed the leaves came back up and the plant looks great again. I have to the leaves are Hugh, they clock in at 5"x4". Looks pretty big for small plants. I attached a pic of what it looks like this morning.

I grew 2 Trinidad Scorpions from seed and they looked identical to yours before hardening off and going outside. They both had huge leaves like yours.
After putting outside (one in-ground and one containered), they eventually dropped those huge leaves and are now getting taller and bushier although they have lightened up in color.
