What size of container would you recommend for planting hot portugal peppers? I have a couple 2 gallon and 3 gallon containers... not sure how much these need. I've grown jalepenos in 2 gallon containers with success but I know that jaleps are a smaller plant.

This is my first year with Hot Portugals as well... But I know they do get a little larger - and I would probably stay on the safe side and go with the 3 gallon - although the 2 may work fine as well.

Mine grew well in 12" pots-I don't know how many gallons that is.
