Pepper plant looks very healthy. Patience is the key.

Yeah that looks about right. Mine are bigger but they've been getting full sun for weeks. They also seem to like to drop their lower leaves, making them look kinda spindly. Keep at it!

Does anyone know if I'll have problems with the pollination of the peppers if I keep them on my windowsill, in open air? Can they be pollinated by the wind?

I did receive a visit from a bee once but it might have been just lost. :)

Do you plan on putting it outside at some point? If so and your growing zone permits I would start hardening off the plant. Wind, bugs, and giving the plant an easy shake can all assist in pollination as peppers self pollinate. If I have time I just knock pollen loose with my finger and go from flower to flower lol crazy I know but it works.
