Moruga Scorpion leaves feel soft and droopy.

Otherwise dark green healthy looking plant. I just transplanted it on Thursday and watered.
Any ideas? We have had very hot temps here last few days but soil is still damp inch down.
Other plants are fine.

Transplanted to a cup inside? A bucket or bag or bed outdoors? In the full sun? It's lower than 90F there, right? How much did you play with the roots? Pics? Details galore!

Sorry :-)

Outdoors into a 10 gallon container from a 1 gallon container. Plant is about 6 inches tall and hardened off.
Didn't mess with the roots and it's been in partial shade due to the last few days of hot temps. Moved into full sun today with a high reaching 88.

Went out to check on it when I got home from work. Leaves are hard as rocks! Looks like it needed a tad more water and cooler temps :-)

... Glad it's doin better, even the most hardened plants will crumble in the direct sun for a period. Mine do every afternoon!

Mine have needed more water lately though - as they've outgrown their briches. Really wishing I had gone a bit larger than 5gals at this point, but oh well.
