Bumpy Pepper Leaves

I'm growing Ajis and Chinese peppers and it seems like all my Chinese peppers have leaves that are bumpy. The Ajis are just fine. I have the Chinese peppers both in raised beds and in containers. They all have bumpy leaves like this:

I'm thinking it may be calcium deficiency, but when I prepared the potting mix back in March for the container peppers, and compost/soil for raised bed peppers, I used garden lime as well as some blood meal.

Is it normal for the Chinese variety to normally look like this?
Other than that they seem fairly healthy.

I dont know that you would call it "normal" but the word I would use is "Very Common". Many peppers exhibit this symptom and it does seem the Chinense are more affected than others but it never seems to be a terminal condition nor does it seem to really hurt the growth of the plant a whole lot. When my plants look like that, I don't worry about it unless it gets much worse. I am not sure what causes it either. It could be nutrients, moisture or sun.

Agree with Bruce, same thing here.
Also, check the underside of lower leaves for aphids.

Yea all my Chinese varieties are like this pretty much since they were seedlings. I thought maybe it would grow out of it. Other than that the plants look fairly healthy. No aphids. Earlier in the year there were a few white flies but they seemed to have disappeared.
