First Ripe Pods---Trinidad Seasoning

It's always exciting to pick the first ripe pods of the season. This year it was Trinidad Seasoning. My first time growing it. A little heat there, and a nice sweet thick-walled pod. How do you use them? I'm looking for ideas, because the three plants are loaded with green pods.

Nice pods Tom!
I would dry them and do either a powder or crushed to sprinkle on food.
That's what I'm going to do with my Trinidad Perfumes.

Good looking peppers. I'm also growing them for the first time this year. I'll probably use most of them for powder. Let me know how they taste once you've tried them.
