All the heat you expect from a habanero, tempered with a touch of sweetness. Plants reach 24 to 36 in. (60 to 90 cm), with good yields of 3-in. (7-cm) by 1.5-in. (3.5-cm) fruit that matures from green to an unusual peach color. Perfect for sauces and salsas.

I would assume its a hybrid heat expected from a habanero with a touch of sweetness. So not exactly the same as a standard orange habanero.

I grew this last year. I think I picked it up from Fleet Farm. I don't recall it being as hot as a hab.

According to thechileman.org, burning bush looks nowhere like a hab.

@ Kevin, I agree when I first seen the title of the post I thought that's not a burning bush pepper, guess burpee can do what they want. There is a burning bush ornamental pepper and that's what I assoicate with the name. Google that and look at images and will probably be more along the lines of the description from thechileman.org

It's supposed to be an early producing, large podded orange hab. I'm growing one of these and also a regular orange hab, so hopefully I'll be able to post comparison pics later this year.

As promised, here is a picture of the Burpee Burning Bush next to a standard Orange Habanero.

The burning bush has much larger pods (on average) and they are a peachy color rather than orange.

Taste & heat are both comparable to plain old orange habs (which I happen to like very much).
