| how do you use xanthan gum in hot pepper sauce so that it does not separate? what amount, or measure etc. |

| ok first off you can break a blender with that stuff!! I have done it! But what I do now is that once your sauce is done and in the blender, I use about 1/2 teaspoon per blenderfull! It works great to keep your sauce from separating and suspension! Kevin |
